the client be a new entrant in the market, Aqua Investment Management will create templates with
the client.

industry standard and often utilize proprietary models. Aqua Investment Management has
underwritten individual loans from $250,000 to $1,000,000,000 that have
included all manner of complexities.

loans, with hundreds of properties included, under very tight timeframes.
