- Aqua provides ongoing surveillance/asset-management and reporting services for a large portfolio of commercial mortgage-related securities and debt products.
- Included in Aqua's responsibilities are identifying and understanding potential issues with overall deals or underlying assets and assisting clients in taking actions to resolve these issues.
- Aqua provides valuation assistance services:
- Aqua is currently providing valuation assistance services on approximately $150 million of CMBS and CDO securities.
- Aqua's responsibilities include providing valuation estimates based on deal collateral and cash flow analyses and working with other valuation providers of the client to ensure that valuations are accurate and received in timely fashion.
- Aqua provides investment advisory services:
- Aqua has worked with many clients, particularly hedge funds, private equity funds and investment banks, as a CMBS and commercial real estate debt advisor.
- Aqua provides assistance with deal sourcing, due diligence and analysis of investment opportunities relating to CMBS, CDO, Whole Loans, B-Notes, Mezzanine Loans and other commercial mortgage-related products.
- Aqua's responsibilities also include recommending appropriate pricing levels for potential acquisitions and assistance with the execution of a purchase or sale.
- Aqua provides data analysis services:
- Aqua works with clients to help them gain a better understanding of both their own portfolio and the makeup of the available universe. Aqua has access to tremendous amounts of data which allows us to assist these clients.
- As part of our work in helping clients to better understand their investment portfolio, Aqua has created proprietary databases to assist these clients in both internal and external reporting across CMBS, CDO, Whole Loan, B-Note, Mezzanine Loan and other commercial mortgage-related holdings.
